Super atmospheric place! Delicious and original dishes, nice service and good prices!

Very friendly service, unfortunately quite overcrowded during Corona times without any ventilation. There were six of us at dinner, the portions were a bit too small for the men. Price-performance ratio not quite okay. Meat called fillet was cut incorrectly and came close to a shoe sole. Not the worst restaurant but for the price we'd rather go elsewhere next time.

We recommend! Yesterday was the first time in the Black Hen and very enthusiastic. Very friendly welcome and service. The starter platter, the fish platter and the gentlemen platter were nicely arranged and delicious. We would like to come again.

The food was excellent in taste. Unfortunately the fish platter got cold very quickly and the vegetables were lukewarm. Meat dishes were reasonably warm. The service was very friendly, children are also welcome.

We had reserved for 13 people. Unfortunately the restaurant was so full that only 8 got a place. After a long wait, those who remained looked for another restaurant. It was impossible to keep within 1.5 meters in the restaurant, far too full. There are two stars for good food.

Price-performance ratio was not right. My companion had to wait a long time for their wine while the others already had their drinks. At first there was also fish cutlery with the starter plate. Portions were okay in terms of quantity and well presented. However, the service did not match the prices called up, we had to make the wait staff aware of a lot. Whether we would like to have a drink was rarely or never asked. The young man tried very hard. Our conversation was very disturbed by roaring guests. We left immediately after the main course. At the end our conversation did not take place anymore due to the extreme volume of other already drunk guests. The champagne promised on the phone wasn't served either. The taste of the food was okay. (Corona) We had to write our names under many other names. And I can't imagine that there were so few guests. So there is no data protection there!

Maybe Corona times are hard and effected the restaurant! But it was disappointing! Super slow service! Quality of products are midrange! Too expensive for the quality I would say! Greek-style but far from real Greek taste! I would not come back unfortunately! Just wasting of time and money! Sorry x

We really enjoyed our time in the restaurant, the food was excellent for our taste, my daughter (vegetarian) ate two salads because it was soooo delicious. From salad to dessert, everything was perfect for us. Very friendly service, just as you would like in a good restaurant, nice and yet not intrusive. We will be back.

The food was really very good and we were more than full with a starter and a main course. We ordered fish, the fish was fresh and tasty. I can only recommend it! The service was a bit stressed but very friendly. We had reserved a table, but then had to wait a few more minutes. As compensation, we each got a glass of Prosecco. We recommend this restaurant and would go again ourselves.

Judging by the name, you don't expect it to have a Greek touch. But very good food with a good wine.

Amazing, super tasty food. Extremely friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. A must in Ulm !

The food is very good and the portions more than big enough. For me personally, the side salad was the best - the sauce, salad mix, and the amount - an explosion for the senses. Tzatziki the best of all Greek restaurants in Ulm. The homemade bread that was served with the starter was too salty for me personally, but it is my subjective feeling. The staff very attentive and courteous.

When we arrived (without reservation) the terrace was full. We could wait a while, it was going to be fast. However, this took a very long time. Didn't get a card, couldn't drink an aperitif yet, so just sat there waiting. When we got a table it also took a very long time before we could finally order. Waiter seemed annoyed, seemed like we were unwanted and in the way. Food was tasty! No measures against Corona (07/2020). Staff wear masks on their chins all evening, tables close together, social distance is not respected at all.

I have eaten there excellent. The service was very friendly and competent. Appetizer and main course were outstanding. The dessert could not keep up but it was good. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

I think it is safe to say that this restaurant wins for best hospitality in Ulm! We went there for a late dinner; the food was great, the portions were really big, and the greek music makes you fall in love with this place even more. To top that, the owner offered us a specialty drink from Greece at the end and had the time to sit with us and made sure that we enjoyed our night! Thank you Georgios!

Glass of wine about 6 € Appetizer about 11 € Main course about 26 € Dessert about 8 € -------------------------------- Total about 51 € p.P. We had to wait shortly after our arrival and got a glass of wine directly as compensation. Then our three ordered courses were prepared carefully. That the waiting time passes faster, there was still a greeting from the kitchen. Unfortunately, my Rumpsteak was a bit too much and I got as compensation a dessert on the house (theoretical costs, about 10 €), very attentive! All in all, a very nice evening with a friendly chef and attentive service, however, we sat in the restaurant from 08:30 - 00:00 clock, which was a little too long for us for only 3 courses. Finally, we were personally adopted at the door.

Delicious food, great service! Have Sunday even without reservation a place and were well looked after. To start, there was bread and a delicious spread on the house, the ordered dishes came quickly and were very nicely presented. The vegetarian main course Auberginentatar is highly recommended! It was always asked if everything was right and in the end there was an Ouzo on the house!

The best Greek restaurant in Ulm!

Absolutely fantastic! We stopped here for lunch on our way to Garmisch. I was with my wife and 2 young children. Very nice place. Quiet, clean, and well put together. After a friendly greeting, we were seated immediately. They were very accommodating as we only spoke English. Service was prompt, but not pushy. What was truly impressive, however, was the food. The presentation and visual appeal of the food was first rate, like what I would expect at a fine dining Michelin Star restaurant. The quality and taste, I'm very pleased to say, matched the presentation 100%. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular. If I pass through again, I'll definitely be back. I would highly recommend giving it a try.
